Blaze Agency ("we", "us", "our") runs blazeagency.co. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. We handle personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.

2. What we collect

Details you give us – name, email, phone number, business name and website when you book a call, complete our marketing assessment, or contact us.
Assessment answers – your responses to our marketing assessment questions and the score generated.
Messages – anything you send us by email, WhatsApp, chat or social media.
Usage data – pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referral source, collected through cookies and similar tools (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use it

To schedule and run calls you book with us.
To send you your assessment results and recommendations.
To reply to your enquiries and provide services you request.
To send follow-up messages about our services. You can opt out at any time.
To measure and improve our website and advertising.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We rely on your consent, the steps needed to provide a service you asked for, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our CRM and booking platform, email and messaging providers, website hosting, and analytics and advertising platforms (for example Google and Meta). These providers may store data outside Indonesia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, generally up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, or receive a copy of your data. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
